  This was the most horrible Dental Billing experience I've ever encountered. Every time I called to have something explained to me they had to call me back and they either never did or they had me talk to multiple people. none of the people there could answer my questions. The 1st time I went I was told I had to pay XXX amount then the day of the surgery I was asked to pay even more $$$. After that I went back for a cleaning thinking these people can't possibly get it wrong again. I paid XXX for my cleaning then received a bill for even more $$$.
  
  I have never seen a Dental office like this before. Even my kids dentist tell me flat out - you pay this and they don't call me again for more $$$ or the day I bring my kid in they don't tell me "oh you actually have to pay more $$$" and they are on my insurance as well.
  
  It was the most horrible experience ever. Finally today I paid them the amount they wanted just so they would go away.
  
  and so we are clear - I had multiple insurances the 1st time once of which was BCBS and the second time I was under BCBS - it's not like they were dealing with a rinky dink hole in the wall or state insurance. this place has no idea what they are doing when it comes to billing or filing insurance for their patients. I moved on to another dentist but today I am still getting calls for $$$ from dental work done in Feb 2017 and Dec 2017 - a year and half later they still couldn't get it together. when they called the 2nd time today I just wanted to scream!! I paid the money and hopefully never have to hear from these people again.
