  If I could pick zero stars I would. We purchased the “fully renovated home in Bedford” and have had nothing but issues since we moved in two months ago.
  
  Our ac system that we asked to be repaired was completely set up incorrectly-no air at all going to the bedrooms. They agreed to do new units for us after we fought about it and threatened to sue-only to find out that they installed the systems incorrectly and where they soldered the old piping to the new we had a huge Freon leak. We still are working on getting the system working—out of our pocket of course.
  
  House flooded on week one and we had to get a new drainage pipe. 5k out of pocket.
  
  Pool equipment that was “fixed” when we moved in had to be replaced-once again out of our pocket.
  
  Brand new dishwasher was installed incorrectly-being repaired by us once again.
  
  Sprinkler system that was “fully functioning” had 5 leaks that was flooding the property. 800$ out of our pocket.
  
  Brand new tiling in bathrooms needs new grout due to multiple holes.
  
  This is only the major issues, there are many more. Yes we had an inspection-and some the issues that were found were “fixed” by dfw houses direct. Sloppy and fast work done by contractors who clearly have no idea what they are doing. BUYER BEWARE of this company. It may look pretty, but when it comes down to it the work is cheap.
